- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but once an order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

- Specifications: Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications for their food trucks. Any changes to specifications must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges and delays.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not binding. Intell Custom Trucks is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Warranties and Liability
- Warranty: Intell Custom Trucks provides a one-year warranty on all new food trucks against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intell Custom Trucks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.
